Established in 1989, we are specialists in Residential Letting and Property Management. Our Offices are conveniently situated in PLYMPTON, an Eastern suburb of Plymouth in the beautiful County of Devon. During the last 18 years we have built an enviable reputation by providing a highly personalised service to both Landlords and Tenants. We fully recognize that everyone has decidedly different priorities and personal requirements.

OUR BUSINESS

The properties we manage are of a high standard with comfortable accommodation, well presented and maintained. Our Property Bank includes properties owned by Landlords re-locating abroad, in the Armed services or are investing for their future. All wish to rely upon a professional and experienced letting Agent to administer and manage their properties.

We are happy to offer advice for the Buy-to-Let schemes, together with guidance on standards expected by desirable Tenants, which in turn will achieve the optimum rental income. Both Landlords and Tenants can be assured that all properties comply with the necessary safety legislation and we will be happy to recommend to Landlords reputable contractors should they be required.
